Shipping
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will not ship until early December 2025. You’ll receive updates and tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order is placed for in-stock items, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Free over $300
Returns
We hope you love your AZALI piece! However, if it’s not quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Store credit never expires.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
To start a return, email us at info@shopazali.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending it back.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds at this time — store credit only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, we recommend initiating a return for store credit and placing a new order.
